Driving home at 2am last night, window down, 10 degrees outside, light rain blowing in, life was good. Then this song came on the radio. I motioned to change stations, but some greater force held back my hand. Someone was looking over me. WANDERING EYE by NZ band FAT FREDDYS DROP. Found on the dance/dub shelf at the store, and described as 'jamming hi-tek soul', it is not characteristic of my usual taste in music, hence my earlier scruple. But as the song progressed, I found my posture straightening and my smile stretching, picturing myself striding down a busy street on a Sunday morning. If anyone decides to compile a "walking songs" playlist, then include this one! Hutcho, I bet my precious pink ski suit that you'll be walking to work with this one all winter. My only grievance... that the outro isn't longer!!Fat Freddys Drop - Wandering Eye
