So The Sandwich Club is going through a few changes at the moment. We've been busy lately looking into moving our site over to a more manageable webhost. Feel free to suggest some good, cheap webhosts by the way. Also I can now share some details about our opening night for our very own Sandwich Club night down at Candy's Apartment, Kings Cross (the Rolling Stones played there once you know). It will be on Thursday 29th of June which happens to be the day I finish uni for good (5 and a half years of study is just way too long for anyone) and we've already lined up the melbournites Tic Toc Tokyo to play (which I am completely chuffed about). Been looking forward to seeing those guys play for quite some time now - love their music. Check out my post of them from the early days of SClub here. We're in the process of organising our other bands but I can tell you they're going to be damn good... handpicked by the SClub bloggers ourselves (you trust us right?). So if you want to be involved please sign up to our email list on the right toolbar and we'll flood your inboxes with thousands of emails with subjects like 'Come To The Sandwich Club At Candy's' and 'cheap Viagra from Ethiopia' etc etc. Actually maybe just the first one (still trying to get those lazy Ethiopians to do some god damn work). I'll be nice too... maybe just a couple of emails a month providing details.

Ok well a post isn't a post unless I supply the goods. I bought a great album the other day by Sydney siders, Mink Jaguar (just think of something like the Pink Panther but wearing a Mink fur coat - Hot... actually come to think of it, that makes no sense at all... haha and I made you read all that nonsense. Actually I think they're playing a joke on all of us... a little quote from their description on MySpace "A seriously stupid name. A seriously stupid band." Well yeah stupid name but not band... they're bloody good and I was so happy for buying their album. But what can I say about their music? Well not much... it's simple country style rock 'n roll and it's awesome. Buy this album like I did... and if you're disappointed feel free to flood my inbox with 'I Want You To Die' type emails. Please do, I'm lonely :(
