Telemetry Orchestra: Experimental A-Go-Go For Launch-Launch!

Sydney, Australia

Usually I have trouble getting my head around the complex formula for what makes a great experimental track. Music is constantly moving forward and artists are seeking new methods to mix with the old and obsolete ones to create a sound that we as consumers, lovers, haters, critics and fans contsantly lust after. There are so many complex variables now in this niche of music that mixing and producing a track has evolved into a science. Pitch, roll, telemetry, pop, rock, orchestrals. If you didn't know any better you would say that preparations were being made to land the luna module and "ahhh Houston we have a problem". Telemetry Orchestra have simplified these complexities and turned a luna landing into a walk in the park. Nobel Prize! Imagine what a 100 piece Orchestra would sound like in the year 2308. Combine analogue, electric and live sounds, with vocal contributions from all three members add strings section samples with a multi tempo beat and the end result is a track like "Under The Cherry Tree". Thats one small step for Telemetry Orchestra, one giant leap for music! I know it sounds complicated and mind frying. Only a listen will bring the intended result forward. Hit repeat, pay attention, masses of sounds, successful mission.

And one more little bonus for those hungry little tummies still banging their knives and forks on the table eagerly anticipating desert. FRENCH KICKS are a band from New York sharing the similar ability to tame a plethora of sound. These guys would make a dream accompaniment to Telemetry Orchestra. Mmmmmm French Vanilla icecream for desert!

Cool lilly. Glad you liked it! T.O have just come back from the U.K where they received praise from none other than The Chemical Brothers. Nicely picked! Does that sample of French Vanilla translate to "French Kicks rock"?
