Motocade

Auckland, New Zealand
We all know how much Bloc Party's new album sucked. So for all you other disappointed fans like myself suffering post-silent-alarm-depression, inject yourself with a dose of local medicine. New Zealand's Motocade have a distinctly Bloc-Partyish sound, crossed with Kings of Leon and The Rakes, and a Murray Lightburn mix of falsetto and wailing vocals that send their music in all different directions. Both songs below are from they're second EP, Into The Fall.

I agree, the new bloc party album is average. I got motocades "into the fall" ep after reading this review and i have to say its a gem! Top notch production, with a fresh sound. These guys should be in the U.K rarkn it up or at least Australia...
