Australia adopts Shaky Hands
Rusty Crowe was one of them. As was the Finn Brothers, Sam Neill and Peter Jackson. These are some of Australia's finest celebrities (with the exception of one - just take a wild guess who that is). Of course they were all born over on that island but since no one really gives a rat's arse about anyone on that island other than its local inhabitants, these celebrities instead take the guise of a full-blooded OSSIE. It's the Australian way really. Whenever anyone from that island get's the sniff of any kind of success, Mr Downer flies over with his posse, citenzship in hand and a letter of thanks from little Johnny (the only reason none of the All Blacks have signed is that Rugby isn't even considered a sport here... don't get me wrong, I'm a rugger of old but it's still not the national sport - by the way, when did they last win the rugby world cup?).
So our latest addition to the Australian ranks is Shaky Hands. There has been so much hype surrounding this band of late and well deserved. Their music isn't difficult - it's common indie punk but sometimes simple is the best formula. These guys play it to a tee. Catchy guitar riffs, fast-paced drums - you'll be on the DF doing your best Parkinson's in no time. Have a listen to this little gem.. it's choice eh bro? No! it's bloody marvellous mate.

okay, well maybe I exaggerated a little, but i did use a NZ 5c coin the other day to buy a red frog.
And pinching Shaky Hands?! We embrace them & squeeze them tight (and whisper in their ear).

They supported we are scientists. Their first couple of songs (and bastard-child-of-Howlin-Pele-and-a-monkey stage antics) were very fun indeed. Choice quality.
