My personal experiences of Adelaide involved copius amounts of Australia's best coffee and wine, mind-bending herbs, a delightful girl called Chloe, and a special bus for regular people called the O-Barn. NOTE: This should not be confused with the regular bus for special people. Do not lick windows on the O-Barn!

So what do you get when you combine the lot? You get a drunk, horny idiot who won't go to sleep. You also get kick arse bands in the vein of City Riots and Poly and the Statics.

Thats right! This Thursday is the rocking Radelaide roll at Candys, with both the aforementioned flying in for the show. City Riots will be giving us a preview of their forthcoming self-titled EP, with a swag-full of catchy guitar driven rock that's turning heads on national radio. Poly are set to both shred it up then sew it back together, as one of the most eclectic discoveries of the year. (Stuey sang em a sandwich here).

Should be a rare opportunity to catch two of The Rad's most promising up and comers.

Opening the night will be Sydney Uni band comp winners Cloud Control. Cait sang their praises a while back, and they're already developing a strong, loyal following. It's is an accurate reflection of the depth and intelligence of their music.
