The Good, The Bad & The Queen
London, England
Damon Albarn really needs no introduction: singer of Blur, The Gorillaz and now The Good, The Bad & The Queen. The fine people at EMI in the UK have sent us a taste of his new band which includes the likes of Paul Simonon from The Clash on bass, Simon Tong from The Verve on guitar and Tony Allen from Africa 70 on drums. Here's the first single off their new album which will be released January 22nd.

They performed on Later with Jools Holland a few weeks back. You can check them out live here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9R-krpVcd78&mode=related&search=
I think they sound excellent, and further cements Albarn's position as the hardest working and arguably most creative musician out there at the moment.
Who would have thought that Mr Parklife would still be going so strong?
