After some sessions with Soundworks Studios, The Holidays have put some demos together. Their sound is one of pure sunshine pop/rock, kinda like The Strokes if they were 10 years younger, from the beach, and on anti-depressants. They've just been to Melbourne and back supporting Jamie T and will be trying to get up Bris-Vegas later this year. The Holidays might not be re-inventing music, but they're doing something different to the rest of Sydney, and their live sets are putting the fun back into a scene which can take itself waaaaaayyyy too seriously.
